We work extensively to assist with strength, stability and cardiovascular health, along with rehabilitation for conditions including spinal injury, osteoporosis and sports performance.

GROUP CLASSES
We offer small group exercise classes of 2 to 6 clients of all levels and abilities to provide a cost effective method to train on a regular basis and connect with people in a supportive and motivating environment.
